User Accounts

- Maintaining the security of your credentials
- All activity under your account
User Content
Users may submit events, resources, businesses, and reviews. You agree that:
- Your content is accurate and not misleading
- You have the right to share it
- It does not violate any laws or third-party rights
We reserve the right to review, edit, remove content, or reject submissions.
Reviews and Ratings
Users may leave reviews. You agree:
- Reviews must be honest and respectful
- No harassment, spam, defamation, or false claims
We may moderate or remove reviews at our discretion. Businesses may submit a contestation if they believe a review is false or violates our guidelines.
Business Listings
Business listings are for informational purposes. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of listing details
- The quality of services provided by listed businesses
- The outcomes of any user–business interaction
Users engage with businesses at their own risk.
Owner Dashboard & Business Claims
Verified business owners gain access to the Owner Dashboard at /owner, where they can edit their profile, manage hours, post events, and review their subscription tier. To claim a listing, owners submit verification through the listing page or the "List or Claim Your Business" portal. Claims are reviewed by our admin team within 1–3 business days.
Payments and Subscription Tiers
Most OurBusan.life features — browsing, submitting, reviewing, and claiming a listing — are free. Business listings are organized into subscription tiers that unlock additional visibility and tools:
- Basic (Free): Standard directory listing, owner-managed profile, ability to post events tied to the business, and respond to reviews.
- Premium (Paid): Enhanced placement in search and category results, priority consideration for the weekly newsletter, expanded photo gallery, special offers, and access to the partner perks program.
- Featured (Paid, limited slots): Top-of-results positioning, homepage spotlight rotation, recurring newsletter inclusion, and editorial support from our team.
Pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms for paid tiers are provided at the time of purchase. We may change tier benefits or pricing with reasonable advance notice. Tier changes do not affect content already published under a previous tier.
Storage of Uploaded Files
Files you upload (business photos, event banners, review receipts) are stored in ownership-scoped folders so that other users cannot overwrite or delete your uploads. See our Privacy Policy for details on how uploads are stored and which files are public versus private.
Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
OurBusan.life (operated by 레거시 랩스 / Legacy Labs) is not responsible for user-generated content, third-party services, or business interactions. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
