About This Event
Michel Henry: The Greatest Colorist presents the work of French figurative painter Michel Henry through an extensive exhibition at the Busan Cultural Center. Created to commemorate the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and France, the exhibition focuses on Henry's distinctive use of vivid color, particularly in his paintings of flowers and landscapes. The Busan exhibition includes more than 120 works, including 10 pieces being presented in Busan for the first time. Visitors can also find interactive stamp activities, photo zones, a recreation of the artist's studio, and a media-art area. Imginn
Free docent tours are offered at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays, and 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on weekends and public holidays, with no advance reservation required. An audio guide is also available separately through the Qpicker app for ₩3,000.
