KINUSAIGA: A Fabric Collage Workshop
Explore this Japanese textile craft and get your creativity juices flowing!
Kinusaiga is a contemporary Japanese "no-sew" fabric collage technique where scrap fabrics are tucked into pre-cut grooves or slits on a foam board to create fabric collages and patterns. Use any one of our given templates or draw your own!
No textile experience needed, everyone is welcome!
When: April 18 Saturday (1-4 PM)
Where: Arise Artspace
Inclusive of:
- a personal kinusaiga kit: foam board, art knife, assorted plain fabrics, tucking tool, fabric snipper
- one complimentary drink
- more assorted patterned fabrics
Workshop fee: 35,000 won
