About This Event
In the Labyrinth of Love is French contemporary artist Jean-Michel Othoniel's first solo exhibition in Busan and his largest solo presentation held in Korea to date. The exhibition brings together around 120 works, transforming F1963's former industrial spaces with Othoniel's signature glass beads, glass bricks, sculptures, and large-scale installations. Moving through the exhibition like a labyrinth, visitors encounter works exploring love and loss before expanding into imagery of flowers, gardens, and the universe. Highlights include Blue River, suspended necklace works, the large-scale Cosmos, Zodiac, glass-brick installations, and Golden Lotus, an outdoor work inspired by the lotus and traditional Korean gardens.
