DRYPOINT PRINTMAKING WORKSHOP!
Expand your creative practice with Drypoint printmaking!
During an Open studio event join an exciting workshop run by one of our resident artist Eugenia Babini!
Drypoint is an intaglio printmaking technique that creates an image with sharp lines and fuzzy, velvety edges.
What you will do at the workshop:
- Learn the basics of the technique;
- Create your own printing matrix
- Print an edition from the matrix
- Enjoy your time
About an artist:
Eugenia Babini is an Italian artist with printmaking training and bachelor degree in Graphic Art from Academy of Fine Art, Florence, master degrees in photography from Adam’s Experimental Photography Center, Rome and Italian Design Institute , Milan.
