The 2026 GMC Summer Music Festival returns to F1963 for its fifth edition, bringing ten days of world-class chamber music to Busan from July 17 to 27. Widely recognized as one of Busan's premier summer classical music festivals, the program features 16 concerts, including solo recitals, chamber ensembles, chamber orchestra performances, opera gala, tango quintet, and saxophone quartet.
More than 50 acclaimed young musicians from Korea and abroad will perform alongside Artistic Director Gum Nanse. This year's lineup includes internationally recognized artists such as violinist Hannah Cho, the first Korean member of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as winners and laureates of major international competitions from Korea and Japan. All performances are free with advance reservation through Naver, making this one of Busan's premier opportunities to experience world-class classical music in an intimate concert setting.
