About This Event
The 2026 Geumjeongsanseong Festival returns for three days around Geumjeongsanseong Fortress and Geumjeongsanseong Square, combining the area's historic fortress heritage with contemporary community festivities. The festival's 2026 visual identity specifically draws inspiration from the ridgelines of Geumjeongsan National Park and the silhouette of the historic fortress. 금정문화재단
Programming includes cultural performances and participatory activities alongside community-focused programs. The festival is also organizing the Geumsaem Jangdolbaengi (금샘 장돌뱅이) flea market and experience booths, adding local sellers and hands-on activities to the festival grounds.
