About This Event
The 2026 Africa Film Festival returns to Busan with a week-long showcase of contemporary African cinema from 15 countries across the continent. Hosted at the Busan Cinema Center, the festival features 16 films exploring themes of identity, music, history, family, resilience, and social change through a wide range of storytelling styles and cultural perspectives. Audiences will have the rare opportunity to experience films from countries including Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Sudan, Kenya, Tunisia, Morocco, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and more.
