17th Busan Mackerel Festival

The 17th Busan Mackerel Festival brings one of Busan's signature seafood celebrations back to Songdo Beach for three days. Visitors can enjoy mackerel-themed food and activities alongside performances, competitions, direct seafood sales, markets, and programs taking advantage of Songdo's seaside setting. 제17회 부산고등어축제

The 2026 program includes a Busan Cooperative Fish Market experience, kayaking, Michelin-star-chef mackerel tasting experience, street dance competition, mackerel paper-boat race, mackerel rocket competition, bare-handed mackerel catching, seafood market, flea market, and environmental programs. Some activities require advance registration, with the next round of registrations opening October 1 at midnight.
